DELIVERY
- NRG will endevour to ship all items within 48 business hours of purchase.
- NRG will do it's utmost to ship all purchases the same day if ordered before 2pm.
- NRG will ship all purchases as first class-signed for, {signature required}
- NRG cannot be held responsible for any delay due to circumstances outside of our control:
ie. Postal Strikes, Bad Weather etc...

RETURNS
- Returns will be accepted for up to 7 working days after the delivery of the item for a full refund provided that it is returned at your own cost, complete & un-damaged & in its original packaging, in compliance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014.
- Free Programming, Delivery & Installation is only valid for fully purchased items & not for returned items.
NRG EPoS reserves the right to charge for any costs involved in special orders being returned, the cost of deliveries & collections, the setting up of any programming information & any training given if the items are returned without being faulty.
- Any damaged, faulty or lost items must be reported to NRG EPoS within 24-hours of delivery, please carefully check all items for damage before signing for delivery.
- All items come with a 12 months manufacturers back to base parts only warranty, please contact NRG EPoS for a returns number before returning any faulty items.
